退款政策

Once an order has been processed, refunds are not possible except in the following situations:

Unsigned paperbacks:

Fulfillment and delivery of unsigned paperbacks is handled by Amazon and therefore books are subject to Amazon's return and refund policy. If the item is damaged or fails to arrive by the estimated date a refund or replacement will be possible.

Signed paperbacks and other personalised items:

Personalised items are only eligible for a refund if the item is damaged during shipping. 

Reader Heaven products:

Keep the return label in your order and contact Isla in the case of incorrect sizing, issues with product quality, damage en route, or any other issues you might have. There is a 90 day return window for these products.

Shipping:

 If shipping has mistakenly been charged for a digital item, it will be refunded.
