Shipping fee

There is no charge for the delivery of digital products.

Delivery:

Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered by email via BookFunnel.

Digital downloads (character art) can be downloaded directly from the store after purchase is complete.

Paperbacks

Shipping fee:

There is worldwide (ex. Aus) flat rate of $8 USD for both signed and unsigned paperbacks. Free shipping is available for orders over $50 USD.

There is an $8 AUD flat rate for paperback orders within Australia.

Delivery:

Unsigned paperbacks are ordered via Kindle Direct Publishing and delivered by Amazon. Isla will provide customers with an estimated delivery date once KDP has processed the order.

Estimated delivery time: 10-21 days for most orders. Please be mindful of potential delays, especially during busy periods such as Holidays.

Signed paperbacks are sent from Australia via Sendle and delivered by a local delivery partner. Isla will provide customers with updates regarding delivery and tracking information.

Estimated delivery time: 6-8 weeks for most orders. Please note that fulfillment of these orders can be a lengthy process as Isla does not have copies of every book on hand and may need to order stock from Amazon. 

Reader Heaven

Shipping Fee:

A flat rate of $4.99 applies for third party fulfillment and shipping of physical products in the “Reader Heaven” section.

Delivery:

International and local delivery companies are used to fulfill these orders. Isla will provide details of a delivery timeframe once the order has been processed.

Small items

Shipping Fee:

A flat rate of $2.70 applies for small items such as stickers and bookplates.

Delivery:

Items are sent via Australia Post airmail from Australia.

Estimated delivery time: 4-6 weeks

*Exceptions to immediate digital delivery:

- Pre-orders

- Rare fulfillment error where the order needs to be processed manually

- Orders that include items from the “Reader Heaven” section (digital order will be processed manually as soon as possible)
